This is a version of puff pastry using whole wheat Puff pastry to make it in a healthy way. On basis of filling you can name it chicken Internet/ paneer internet etc. I have used soya keema filling that's why I said it's a veg internet. More of all to make this recipe you don't need any oven. Let's start.

Ingredients

For Pastry
1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
1/4 cupbutter
to tasteSalt
as neededChilled water to make dough
1/2Lemon
1/2 cup wheat flour to dust

1 cupsoya chunks(crushed) vegetable

Mix whole wheat flour, salt, lemon juice, 1 tsp butter, and make a hard dough using chilled water and rest for 15 mins. Then flatten the dough with roller pin and apply butter all over the surface dust some flour over it and fold it in half and keep repeating this process for 3 more times.

Then keep it in fridge for 30ins and your whole wheat Puff Pastry dough is ready. Take out from fridge sprinkle some flour and spread it using roller pin in a sheet.

Cut in rectangular shape and again spread the surface little more.

Add some filling in half part of that sheet.

In another half with help of a knife give cuts in following order.

Now seal the edges

When done keep it in fridge for 5 mins

And then bake the internets in a pan on gas top (pre heated for 5 mins) for 15-20 min or until done. You can brush milk if you want before baking.

And when done keep it in room temperature for 3 mins then serve. Happy no-oven baking :)
