Cornflakes and Nuts Ladoo

Heat some ghee in a pan, sauté the almonds, cashews, dates and cornflakes. (Instead of dates you can add sugar. To make it healthy I have added dates)

Transfer the sautéed ingredients to a jar and grind them finely.

Now roll them as Ladoos. (If the mixture is dry, add some hot ghee before rolling)

Evening snacks is ready.
