Take puttu flour, salt and water. Mix it properly. Cover it for 15 minutes.

You need puttu maker for this step. Add Coconut in puttu maker in bottom. After that add Puttu (mixed with water) again coconut and after that puttu. It should be two puttu.

Put it in stand and cook for around 15 minutes. With the help of rolling pin, push the puttu out. Serve with Kadala Curry
