Smoothie is very delicious, quick and no fire breakfast dish. Today I am sharing my favourite smoothie recipe that I very often like to have in breakfast. There is a hidden ingredient in my smoothy which makes it more filling and tasty.

Smoothie is very delicious, quick and no fire breakfast dish. Today I am sharing my favourite smoothie recipe that I very often like to have in breakfast. There is a hidden ingredient in my smoothy which makes it more filling and tasty.
Steps

Take 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and soak with 1/2 cup of water for 1/2 an hour.

In a mixing bowl take 1 cup of yoghurt, mix berries and chopped banana.

Also add in 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of puffed rice and 1 tablespoon of honey.

Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend well to make thick smoothie.

Take a tall glass, place 2 teaspoon of soaked chia seeds at the bottom.

Now pour smoothie upto half of the glass. Again spoon some soaked chia seeds and fill the glass full with smoothie. Garnish with some berries and mint leaves and serve cool.
