Steps

In a bowl, add suji, curd and water,,,mix it well and keet it aside for 20 min,,,after 20 add half spoon of salt, half spoon of soda and mix well.

Now prepare the vegetable topping, by taking carrot, Onion, cabbage, green chilli, tomato coriander, mix well, making sure everything is well combined.

In a pan,, Grease some refine oil in it,,,,now pour the rava batter on the pan. Now add the prepared topping and press gently, then cover and cook for 10 minutes until the base is cooked well

Rava uttapam is ready now serve it with boil egg and tomato ketchup
