Moong Dal Dosa, an Instant Dosa prepared with protein rich green moong dal instead of rice and urad dal, is even more healthier and easier to prepare compared with regular Dosa.
Steps
- 1
Wash whole moong with 2-3 water and soak them for 7-8 hours. If you are using rice in this recipe then soak it along with moong.
- 2
Transfer moong and rice to grinding jar, add green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves. Grind them until semi-thick and consistency same as regular dosa batter. (I had coriander leaf paste so I added after grinding)
- 3
Now add salt.
- 4
If you did not add rice while soaking moong then now add rice flour along with salt.
- 5
Mix stuffing section ingredients.
- 6
Heat tawa, sprinkle 2-3 drops of water & wipe with tissue so tawa temperature will come down now pour ladle full moog dal batter in the center of tawa and quickly spread it. Sprinkle 4-5 drops of oil. And roast it.
- 7
Spread stuffing on the dosa and gently press it. Fold the dosa and transfer to serving plate.
- 8
Serve with chutney. Enjoy your healthy Moong Dal Dosa!!!!
