Stuffed Carrot egg dhokla

Mix rice flour & Urad daal powder, salt & soda together make a paste. Divide equally into two bowls.

Grate carrot and make a paste. Mix it with half batter.

Greased the bowls with ghee. At first, pour the plain batter then poured egg at the end covered it with carrot better.

Cooked for 20-25 minutes into steamer & served with coconut coriander chutney.
