Peel your potatoes, wash them and slice into nice shapes

Deep fry your potatoes to get your chips ready and set them aside

Have your ingredients ready

Cut onions into tiny pieces, coriander slice hoho, grate your cloves of Garlic and tomatoes

In a shallow pan, fry your onions

Add in grated or blended tomatoes, garlic, tumeric powder, paprika, and any spice of your choice..let it cook for a minute

Add in your hoho and chips and toss gently until done

Serve with some chilli sauce and enjoy...
