Ingredients

  1. 1 cupHot water soaked soya chunks
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 1 tbspChopped onion
  4. 1 tspChopped green chillies
  5. 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 tspGinger-garlic paste
  7. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  8. 1 tspMango powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. as neededBatter of cornflour and water
  12. as neededBread crumbs as per requirement for coating
  13. 1 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Crush soya chunks.

    Add potatoes in it.

  3. 3

    Now add all other ingredients other than cornflour batter, bread crumbs, and oil.

    Mix it and give it a cutlet shape.

    Now dip it in batter and then coat it in bread crumbs.

    Now fry it in oil in low flame till it turns out golden in colour from both sides.

    Soya cutlet ready.serve hot with sauce or chutney.
