Take flour in a bowl, add salt and ghee and mix well rub with your hands

Then add water little by little and keep kneading, do not add water at once, you have to keep adding water little by little and knead a hard Dough.

Dough should not be soft ot medium it has take be hard dough, litreally your hands will get good excercise.

Cover and keep for 1 hour.

Take a big gola and roll a thick roti, it should not be thin, it had to be thick at least 3mm.

And with help of your belan or roller pin make marks on bhakri

In a tawa, on slow flame roast tthis roti with help of cloth of the wodden round spatutla, you have to press the bhakri and keep roasting until brown on both sides

Once done..while it is hot, add ghee on top and with spoon make holes so ghee penetrates inside

Serve hot with Chai, curd, sev tamatar ki sabzi or achar!
