Steps

Soak rice for 30min and boil it to al dente

Drain water and keep aside

Add 02-03 tbsp oil in pan and add garlic cloves

Add chopped onion and fry till translucent

Add chopped carrots, capsicum, beans, green chilli and saute for 2-3 min. Do not overcook.

Add boiled rice

Add 01 tbsp black pepper powder, salt to taste and 1/2 tbsp ajinomoto

Add 03 tbsp vinegar and mix it well

Serve hot
