For this challenge, I was looking for something with the letter U. In the late afternoon, it started to feel a bit chilly and it was raining a lot, so I prepared a delicious Japanese-style Ramen 😋👩‍🍳 with plenty of vegetables. I had chicken broth with dashi, mirin, and sugar, which helped complete the preparation. I was careful with the *Miso* since it already contains salt, and combining everything resulted in a very good flavor. It's a more homemade style.
