See this recipe for preparing the Malai Boti.

Slice one onion. Add onion garlic ginger chillies cashew nuts into blender, make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add butter. Add prepared paste and fry till colour changes.

Add all seasoning in yogurt and mix well. Add to gravy in pan. Mix well. Add in milk and mix.

Cook the gravy on medium flame. When it starts to thicken, add malai boti let it simmer for few min to blend in gravy properly. Add in cream and mix.

In another fry pan, heat 1 tsp of oil. Add cubed capsicum and onion, fry slightly. I like the veggies crunchy, so I don't fry them for too long.Then add to prepared gravy.

Dish out. Garnish with ginger, and slit green chillies. Serve with naan bread. Enjoy!
