Ingredients

1-2 servings
  • 4 slicespineapple
  • 1kiwi peeled
  • Juice from 1 grapefruit (I prefer ruby red)
  • 1giant aloe leave (inner slime only)

  1. 1

    In regular blender add all ingredients and blend.

  2. 2

    I store half of mixture in jar and drink as two servings. All may be consumed as 1 serving
