Mix mashed paneer And potatoes,corn flour,salt,green chillies,garlic And red chilli powder.Divide mixture into even balls..Stuff each balls with chopped raisins And cashews

Stuff oll balls with chopped raisins And cashews properly

Heat sufficient oil for deep frt at the time till balls get brown...Drain in an absortbent paper And set aside

Heat 3 tsp oil in a jaandi And add Jeera,garlic,ginger And Chiilies to saute for 2min...now add onions And cook for till brown...Add tomato puree And cook for 1 min further add spinach puree And cook for 2 mins.

Now add turmeric,salt, coriander powder,garam masala And half cup water And bring to boil for 2-3 min..Reduce the flame And simmer for 5-6 min...Now add half of cream And off the flame Spinach gravry is ready

Pour the gravy in serving Dish And arrange the koftas on the top.....Serving hot with the left over cream....Tasty Palak Paneer Kofta's aur ready to eat.
