Add sugar powder,turmeric, salt to gram flour and mix for 6 minutes.Mix only after adding a little water and then cover the batter for 10 minutes.

Mix the baking soda in the batter and then put a little bit in the Dhokla vessel and add the batter

Put a stand putting water in the frying pan and cover the dhokla batter ko and check it with a knife in between

Dhokla will be ready in about 25 to 30 minutes, take it out in a plate And then cut

Add oil to the pan to add the tempering

Now put mustard curry in it, then add water and add sugar salt and lemon juice and boil it well.

Now put this tempering on the dhokla, then keep it in the fridge and after some time remove and serve.
