Cut ur yam and spice it with pinch of salt and Maggi marinate it and store in the fridge for about 5 mins

Fry it for about 5 to 10 ten minutes depending on how U want it to be dry. But I enjoy mine dry. Note U fry with a low heat in other for it not to get burnt or too dry

I added little red oil to my grandnut oil in other for it not to be too be to white

And Ur spicy fried yam is ready
