  • 1चम्मच बेसन
  • 1कटोरी अरहर की दाल
  • 1बड़ा टमाटर
  • 2हरी मिर्च
  • 10-12कड़ी पत्ता
  • 1/2चम्मच राई
  • 2बड़े चम्मच घी
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • 1चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1/2चम्मच अजवायन
  • 1/4चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर

    आटे में बेसन, अजवाइन, नमक डाल लें।

    अब थोड़ा सा घी डालकर पूड़ी जैसा आटा गूंथ लें। 10 मिनट ढक कर रख दें।

    अरहर की दाल में नमक- हल्दी डालकर 4 सीटी लगा लें और राई, नीम के पत्ते और टमाटर का छोक लगा लें।

    गूंथे हुए आटे की लोई बनाकर मोटी रोटी बेल कर मनचाहे आकार में काट लें।

    एक बर्तन में पानी उबाल लें, उसमें कटी हुई ढोकली डाल दें।

    15 मिनट तक उबलने दें, बीच-बीच में चम्मच की सहायता से हिलाते जाए।

    अब दाल और ढोकली को मिला कर 5-7 मिनट पकाएं। दाल ढोकली तैयार है।
