Jaggery(gur) Thepla with Moth Beans

First soak jaggery in little water and let it melt.

In a bowl take wheat flour add ghee and jaggery water and make a smooth dough.

Make small balls and roll it same like roti. Heat a tawa and place the thepla on it.

Flip and cook the other side of it and apply ghee and cook for a few seconds till golden brown in colour. And gur theplas are ready.

For Moth Beans : Soak moth beans for an hour. Then put it in pressure cooker and let it cook for 10 min (1 whistle).

Now heat a pan add oil, asafoetida and add moth beans in it now add chilli powder, cumin powder,garam massala power, turmeric powder and salt mix it well and let it cook for 10 minutes and its ready to serve with gur theplas and aachar.
