Khoya Halwa

Suji is also known as "cream of wheat", which is not surprising, due to the glossy, creamy texture it acquires upon cooking. While 'halwa', is a broad terms used for pudding-like desserts, sooji ka halwa is the most common in our cuisine. It's easily made within 20 mins, and I have made it richer, by adding khoya made out of fresh cream.
