I just needed a good dinner for my brother and I. So I decided to try this out.

Remove the egg shells and set the eggs aside.

Fry your onions and the garlic, ginger paste for a while.

Add in your tomatoes. Let them cook then add some water for the broth and your curry powder. Then add in your eggs and let them simmer for a while. Then add the coriander and serve with your rice and avocados.
