Boil n wash off the macaroni starch. Cook n set aside

Peel n slice the Irish into cubes. Cook till soft. Set aside. Wash n grate the pepper, onion, tattashe n tomatoes.

Put in oil in a pot n fry the grated pepper, add a little water n put in the Maggi, spice n salt. Cook on a low heat n add in the cooked Irish. Serve with the macaroni.

Note: the sauce can also be eaten with rice, or cous cous
