Ingredients

  1. Sliced bread (4 slices)
  2. 2Egg
  3. Milk half cup
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. Butter or vegetable oil
  6. 1 teaspoonPowdered cinnamon (optional)

    Break the eggs in a bowl, add salt and whisk.

    Add milk and cinnamon. Mix it well.

    Heat a pan in medium heat. Grease the pan with a little oil or butter.

    Dip a slice of bread in the egg-milk mixture. Dip both sides of the bread.

  5. 5

    Fry the bread in the pan in medium heat. Until it turned to golden brown. Turn the bread so that both sides will cook.

    Take it out of the pan and serve with a hot tea or coffee.
