Ingredients

  1. Bread
  2. 1 loafbrioche
  3. Egg Mixture
  4. Flour
  5. Eggs
  6. Milk
  7. Ground Cinnamon
  8. Sugar
  9. Toppings
  10. Nutella
  11. Butter
  12. Powdered Sugar
  13. Maple Syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Let bread get stale overnight

  2. 2

    Cut 3/4 in. On the brioche.

    Turn on the stove slow and low and melt butter

  4. 4

    In a bowl add flour, eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar. Dip the bread in the mixture for 20 seconds.

    Don’t press the bread. Drop the bread on the skillet. And cook until golden brown. Flip. And repeat.

    Put on a plate. Serve with the toppings.
