First I thought over the idea what i shoud prepare then i took the ingredient beetroot which is very healthy rich in iron and also good for haemoglobin.both the dish takes 10to 15mins each to prepare.first i will share the beetroot tutti fruty

Ingredients

Serves four to five
  1. 250 gmbeetroot
  2. To tasteSugar
  3. 1/2 cupglass of wayer

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the beetroot,peel it and cut it into small square pieces

  2. 2

    Take one vessel put two cups of water keep it for boiling

  3. 3

    When water boils add beetroot cook for 8mins

  4. 4

    Side by side take another vessel add one glass of water and addsugar 1and 1/2cup.

  5. 5

    When it gets boil add beetroot to the syrup and let it get cooked for another five mins

  6. 6

    After five mins turn off the gas and remove the beetroot pieces and keep it in a container and use it for dressing in various icecteams cakes dessert kheer halwa sheera etc list goes on.
