Season first palak (spinach) got from local vegetables market and can't resist myself to make this creamy, tasty palak recipe to enjoy with paratha.

At first sort the spinach leaves and take the good one. Wash the Spinach leaves. Thereafter boil the spinach leaves for 2 to 3 minutes.

After cooling make a fine paste of spinach

Add ghee(clarified butter) in a pan. Then ginger garlic paste, stir it till it becomes golden brown. Then add cumin, coriander powder, salt and sugar. Thereafter add tomato puree and mix well

Add spinach puree and mix very well at medium heat. Add water and stir at regular interval to avoid sticking. Add fresh cream and at last add garam masala to enhance the flavour of palak paneer. Switch off the stove and add a teaspoon of ghee.
