Bhaji chilli curry is a lightly spiced, creamy & slightly tangy in taste. This also goes well with any pulav or steamed rice.

Clean and cut bhaji chilli like this. In a pan put oil and fry chillies until they turn light in colour.

In a pan dry roast ground nuts, then add white til, dry coconut and fry well.

Add onion and garlic (optional) and fry well. Make it fine paste using mixi.

In a pan for tempering, oil mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions, and add ground paste and saute well.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dania, cumin powder and mix well. Add salt to taste. Add 2 diced tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are done. Add bhaji chillies and cook for 3-4 minutes and its done.

Serve hot with chapati or rice.
