Hello friends. Today, I made juicy whole wheat jalebi for breakfast without using all-purpose flour. It is very delicious. Hot jalebi also tastes great with yogurt.

First, mix the flour, semolina, and yogurt and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Now add the lemon juice.

Fill a piping bag with the batter and carefully pipe round jalebis into a pan over medium heat. Be careful not to overheat the oil.

Make a one-string consistency syrup. The syrup should not be too thick. Add cardamom powder and a little turmeric to the syrup for a nice color.

Now dip the jalebis in the syrup, let them soak for 2 to 5 minutes, and serve hot. Crispy and delicious jalebi is ready.
