  • 1tomato
  • 100 gmpaneer or tofu
  • As neededmicro plant (if you have)
  • to tastesalt and pepper powder
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 4-5garlic cloves
  • 1 tsporegano
  • as neededfor dressing olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic sauce

    Cut them all veggies in your favourite size,I have some micro plant so I used

    For dressing - take a bowl put olive oil,garlic chopped, black pepper, salt garlic sauce, vinegar

    And mix it in to the salad

    I like some crunchiness on my salad so I add some peanut if you dont like skip this

    And salad is ready soo tangy and delicious healthy too because of lots of veggies and micro plant
