Ingredients

20-25 minutes
3-4 people
  • 150 gmpaneer cubes boiled in salt water
  • 250 gmspinach paste
  • 4-5tomato pury
  • 2-3 tbspmalai
  • 1tbps coriander powered
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1tbsp red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbspcream
  • 2 tbspkasuri methi

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a Kadhai heat oil and all the dry masala and cook for 1 mins.

    Add tomato puree and further add paneer cubes and spinach.

    Cook for 5 mins and add malai and cook.

    Garnish with cream and serve with roti or rice.
