Ingredients

  • 250 grmChicken mince
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbsprazmin sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbspBihari masala
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspyoghurt
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 6 to 8square Samosa sheet
  • coal for smoke
  • 2Egg
  • 2 tbspFlour
  • 1 cupBreadcrumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add oil, chicken mince, ginger garlic paste.. add razmin Sirisha sauce and add all spices add yoghurt and Maxwell cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes..
    in the end give a coal Smoke for 2 minutes..

  2. 2

    In all-purpose flour,add water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.

  3. 3

    Take samosa sheet and make pocket,add mince filling in the center and fold into the shape of cone and apply flour mixture on the edges and bring the edges together and seal the edges properly then dip into beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs again dip into beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs (makes 4-5).

  4. 4

    Can be kept in freezer for up to 2-3 weeks.

    In wok,heat cooking oil and fry cones until golden brown.
