Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 bowlwheat flour
  • 1 bowlmethi leaves chopped
  • 3green chilli cchopped
  • 1" piece ginger chopped
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspoil for kneading the dough
  • As neededOil for frying paratha

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly in a big bowl add wheat flour and all the ingredients than mix well and knead the soft daugh with the help of water, after that cover it a lid and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now divide the dough into equal size balls than flatten the obe ball and make the paratha with the help of pin rolls.

  3. 3

    Now heat a tawa and apply little oil on the tawa, when heat tawa than place the paratha over the hot tawa.

  4. 4

    After few minutes turn the paratha and apply oil on it, now again turn it and also apply oil again on the other side of the paratha and cook it till brown both sides.

  5. 5

    Cook all the parathas same way Methi paratha is ready to serve, hot paratha serve with pickle and dahi aloo ki sabhi.
