In a large bowl take 1 cup sabudana and soak with enough water for over night or 4-5 hours.

Take the soaked sabudana in a large bowl, then add mashed potato, crushed peanuts, green chillies, ginger, black pepper powder and Salt.

Mix everything together, then take little mixture and make round shape balls and press a little with palm.

Heat deshi ghee in a kadai on medium flame, then add vadas to the hot ghee one by one.

Deep fry vadas on medium flame until golden brown and crispy from both sides.
