1.5 kgbeef on bone
Soup vegetables (suede, turnip, carrots, parsnip)
3 stalkscelery, sliced
1 tbsppeppercorns
1 bunchred horseradish
2leeks, sliced
2 sprigsthyme
2 sprigsrosemary
2bay leaf
1 handfulbarley
1 handfulspaghetti, broken into 1inch pieces
1 bunchparsley, chopped
2spring onion, chopped
1-2 litresbeef stock
to tasteSalt and pepper

In a slow cooker, add all ingredients together and cook on medium for 5 hours.
