Garlic Chuteny

This is three ingredients chutney and we use this in many ways, with Khichdi or just add oil and enjoy or add in any curry instead of garlic and red chilli powder. Don't add water and you can keep it outside for almost one month.

This is three ingredients chutney and we use this in many ways, with Khichdi or just add oil and enjoy or add in any curry instead of garlic and red chilli powder. Don't add water and you can keep it outside for almost one month.

Take salt in mortar and help of pestle, pound it.

Add red chilli powder. It should not be completely dry or wet. Add red chilli powder according to garlic paste.

Mix it well. Store it in the jar. No need to keep it in the fridge. You can keep it for more than a month. Use according to your choice. We use this chutney with Khichdi also.
