Ingredients

  1. For Kadhai Masala :
  2. 1Red Chilli (whole)
  3. 4-5Black Pepper
  4. 1 tspFennel Seeds(Saunf)
  5. 1 tbspCoriander Seeds
  6. 1 tspCumin Seeds
  7. 1 inchCinnamon piece
  8. 1 tspSesame Seeds
  9. For Kadhai Paneer :
  10. 3 tbspGhee
  11. Salt
  12. 1 tspCumin Seeds
  13. 1/2 tbspCoriander Seeds
  14. 4-5Chopped Tomatoes
  15. 5-6Sliced Garlic Cloves
  16. 1/2 inchSliced Ginger Piece
  17. 1 tbspPrepared Kadhai Masala
  18. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  19. 2Capsicum (diced)
  20. 2Tomatoes (diced)
  21. 2Onions (diced)
  22. 200 gmsPaneer (cubed)
  23. Salt
  24. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  25. 1 tspKasuri Meethi
  26. 1 tspChopped Green Coriander Leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Kadhai Masala - In a pan, take all the ingredients mentioned above for Kadhai masala. Roast everything properly on low to medium flame. Allow it to cool and grind coarsely and keep aside. Kadhai masala is ready.

    Heat up the ghee in a kadhai on low flame. Add cumin seeds. Then add coriander seeds, chopped tomatoes and salt. Mix and cook till tomatoes gets cooked and turns soft.

    Then add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 to 2 mins. Now add prepared kadhai masala and red chilli powder. Mix well.

    Now add capsicum, onions and tomatoes and cook for a minute. Add paneer and mix all well. Now add garam masala, kasuri meethi and green coriander leaves. Mix all well and cook for a minute. Switch off the flame.

    Serve hot with tandoori roti or naan
