Steps

Take a nonstick pan. Add Mawa and butter.

Roast it on low flame for some time. Add Kesar and cardamom powder.

Mix it well and keep roasting on low flame. You can see the difference between the pictures.

Add sugar. You can add more or less sugar according to your taste.

Let it cool the mixture. Give round shape and press the pistachio gently on the top.
