Smash the boiled potatoes. Add soaked sabudana, ginger chilli paste, sugar, lemon juice, pepper powder, ground sesame seeds and coconut and rock salt and mix well to make stuffing.

Now fold the roti into a triangle shape. Fill this stuffing.

Now press well and fry on a griddle till both the sides turn brown.
