These delicious sweet potato wedges are baked in the oven with very little oil and a few spices. It is a very healthy and a tasty recipe for people who are fasting. It tastes very good with minty yoghurt dip.

First of all mix oil, chilli powder, black pepper powder and rock salt in a bowl. Now add sweet potato wedges to it and mix everything very well. Make sure that all the wedges are covered with oil and spice mixture.

Arrange sweet potato wedges on a baking tray. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle some lemon juice and coriander leaves on sweet potato wedges and serve it with minty yogurt dip.
