Boil the milk and reduce it to half

Cool it down and mix approx one cup that is 120 to 200 gms of maida spoon after spoon.

To a flowing consistency batter.Rest it for 2 hours

Now heat ghee or oil in a flat pan and fry this batter pouring one spoon.

The ghee should be hot to start with and the malpua has to be fried at a low medium flame later

Make the sugar syrup with water and sugar to a sticky consistency. Or if I may say half string

Dip the fried malpua in the sugar syrup and soak for ten min
- 8
Serve it hot with garnish of your choice or even Rabdi
