Cooking Instructions

    Chop onions, grind scotch bonnets with the garlic and set aside

  2. 2

    Slice the liver into flat pieces,wash allow the water to drain for some mins

  3. 3

    Marinate the liver sauce with scotch bonnets and garlic paste, oil,together with the seasoning and spices, cover and set aside for hours or can be kept overnight

  4. 4

    Add oil onto a pan and grill the marinated liver by covering the pan with foil paper,when softened lower the heat

  5. 5

    Slice the Irish potatoes into flat circles and fry till golden brown and crispy

  6. 6

    Serve the hot liver sauce together with the chips and enjoy🔥🔥
