2tomatoes
2peaches
1burrata cheese
Mozzarella is also fine, but lighter taste
Some olive oil
1 pinchSalt - rock salt is preferable
Pepper

Cut tomatoes and peaches in 8 pieces, and place it as a circle

Place burrata on top of it. You may serve on table at this stage.

Poke burrata and pour some olive oil and salt&pepper. Tada!!
