Breakfast is the most important dish of the day. We should try to have a balanced diet which includes fruit, vegetables, grains, dairy products, and protein. This breakfast bowl is an example of a perfect breakfast where you get protein and fiber from oats, calcium and vitamins from milk and yoghurt, minerals- vitamins and fiber from fruits. It is not only healthy but also very delicious to eat.

This breakfast bowl is an example of a perfect breakfast where you get protein and fiber from oats, calcium and vitamins from milk and yoghurt, minerals- vitamins and fiber from fruits. It is not only healthy but also very delicious to eat.
Steps

In a pan mix together oats and milk and bring to boil.

Stir and cook in medium heat until you get a consistency of porridge.

In another pan add in frozen berries and little water.
- 4
Cook in medium heat until the berries become soft and mushy.

Remove from heat and blend to make a paste.

Add in this berry paste and yoghurt to the oats porridge.

Mix together and also add in 1 tablespoon of honey.

Transfer the porridge to serving bowl.

Top with your favourite fresh fruits and nuts. Also sprinkle some flax seeds for extra crunchiness. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
