Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprolled oats
  2. 1 cupfresh milk
  3. 1 cupregular yoghurt
  4. 1/2 cupmixed berry (I used frozen)
  5. 1 tablespooncoconut flakes or dessicated coconut
  6. 1 tablespoonhoney
  7. 2 tablespoonassorted nuts
  8. as requiredFresh fruit as you like (I used banana, mango), orange)
  9. 1 tablespoonflax seeds
  10. as neededMint leaves to garnish

  1. 1

    In a pan mix together oats and milk and bring to boil.

    Stir and cook in medium heat until you get a consistency of porridge.

    In another pan add in frozen berries and little water.

    Cook in medium heat until the berries become soft and mushy.

    Remove from heat and blend to make a paste.

    Add in this berry paste and yoghurt to the oats porridge.

    Mix together and also add in 1 tablespoon of honey.

    Transfer the porridge to serving bowl.

    Top with your favourite fresh fruits and nuts. Also sprinkle some flax seeds for extra crunchiness. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
