For Gathe - In a bowl add Besan. Add all ingredients under Gathe. Add very little water to make a tight dough

Make lemon size balls cylindrical in shape. Cut into halves

Boil in a bowl water and add the Gathe’s. Boil for 2-3 mins

In a wok heat oil and deep fry the Gathe’s. Set aside
- 5
For Pulao - Boil rice. Cook 90%, drain and set aside.

In a wok heat ghee / oil and add cardamoms, cumin seeds, cloves, hing and stir for 30 seconds.

Add chopped onions, rice, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, rice and Gathe’s. Mix very well

Add garam masala powder and salt. Mix, sprinkle little water and lime juice and chopped coriander leaves. Set aside

Garnish with oranges and enjoy hot with Mint Raita
