1-2cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
1/2 cupgreek yogurt
50 mlsour cream
50 mlcream cheese
to tastesalt and pepper
3 tbspolive oil
1 tbspvinegar

Peel cucumbers, slice into half and remove seeds. Next slice them thinly.

Add in yogurt, cream cheese and sour cream into a bowl and mix well

Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Done!
