Methi ka pulao

Wash Fenugreek leaves in a sieve. Then take garlic, ginger and green chilli in the chopper and chopped it and take one bowl soak rice in it wash it with water 3 to 4 times then soak it in water.

Take one cooker keep it on medium flame add oil. When heated aad cumin seeds. When seeds crackles add washed Fenugreek leaves and chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli.

Roast it for few minutes then add chopped tomato. Keep flame low till tomato cooked properly

Then add all masale turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, salt and coriander powder. Mix well

Water and rice. Keep the flame high now. So, water starts boiling

Quantity of water that low. Cover the lid. And whistle it for 4 to 5 times. Off the flame and wait till lid open

Pulao is ready to serve. You can serve it with curd also. You can add peas and capsicum in pulav if you are serving with curd. I have made tomato curry with this. So, serving with that
