Sevai Katori with Rabri

Making Rabri:-

Take a non-stick pan heat milk.stir occasionally and get to boil.reduce the flame to medium. And Once layer of cream is formed over the milk,stick it to side of pan.

Repeat the process for at least 4-5 time.or till milk reduce to 1/3

Now add sugar condensed milk,milk powder, and mix well and get the milk again boil.when the milk gets thick turn off the flame and let it cool.

Making Sevai Katori:-

Heat the Pan with ghee on medium flame and add Sevai. Roast the Sevai until change golden brown.

Now add water into roasted sevai and mix it well for about a minute. Add condensed milk and mix it well.

Cook the Sevai mixture for another 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame and keep it aside.

Take a small bowl and put it with cling film.

Put Cook sevai mixture into the bowl. Arrange carefully the mixture into the bowl. mixture is hot

Now let it cool and refrigerate it for 2hrs.for set it.

After 2 hrs. bring out the refrigerator and remove the Sevai katori from bowl.

Now put the Rabri into the Sevai katori.

Decorate it with some dry fruits and cherry.

Serve it and enjoy it,
