Bharwa baingan

First wash the baingan,then cut a vertical slit into the baingan

Now take a bowl put dhania turmeric,red chilli,garam masala powder into the bowl and Mix it well

Now put one lemon juice and salt according to taste and mix it now put little bit oil into the mixture

Mix it well,now take the baingan and stuff the masala into all baingans

Now take a pan,put oil and heat on medium flame
- 6
Now put fenugreek seeds and hing into the oil and when it became a brown add stuff baingans into the pan and cover it well and heat on low flame

After 3 minutes stir it one by one

Now again cover and cook it for 30 minutes on low flame,in between stir it one by one.

After 30 minutes when baingan becomes soft,bharwa baingan is ready to serve.
