In a vessel, pour all milk. Wait till first boil

At the same time, wash rice properly. And add in milk after first boil. Slow the flame.

Add kesar, cardamom powder to milk. Keep it boiling for 1 hour.

In mean time stir it again and again. Add chopped dry fruits and sugar in kheer. Give one boil. Kesari rice kheer is ready to serve.
