1 1/2 cupscurd
1/2 cupbesan
to tasteSalt
As required Water
2 tbspghee
1/2 tspJeera /cumin seeds
1/2 tsprai
1 pinchhing
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1green chilli chopped
Handfulfresh coriander

In a bowl mix curd, besan, salt and little water

In a pot add ghee, hing, rai, jeera, green chilli and red chilli powder. Slow the heat and Add the curd mixture.

Add more water if required. Cook on slow flame for 15-20 min and its ready. Add coriander for better taste.
